We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. It is your responsibility as a customer to stay updated and in compliance with these changes.
2. Proper Use
SigmaNodes hosting services are intended for legal and ethical use only. Hosting illegal or inappropriate content is not allowed.
3. Account Security
It is the client's responsibility to keep their account information secure. Do not share your login credentials with third parties and take measures to protect your password.
4. Guaranteed Uptime
SigmaNodes is committed to providing high uptime for your hosting services. However, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime as unforeseen events may occur.
5. Payments and Billing
Clients must make payments within the agreed-upon timeframe. Unpaid services may be suspended or terminated.
6. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your services, follow our cancellation policies and notify us in advance.
7. Refund Policy
We do not give refunds, only in very specific and special cases.
8. Consequences of Refund Attempts
Offenders will face a total ban on future acquisition of our products and services, permanent suspension from our Discord server, and the disclosure of their misconduct in hosting communities. We reserve the right to impose additional sanctions as necessary.
9. Customer Support
We provide customer support to resolve issues related to our services. Contact our support team if you need assistance.
10. Term Changes and Node Outages
SigmaNodes may change the terms of service at any time. In the event of a node outage or change, the lost hosting time will not be compensated.
11. Price Changes
The prices of our services are subject to change at any time. This may result in changes to your current rate.
12. PayPal Commission
It is important to note that the prices listed do not include the applicable commission.
13. Support
If you experience any difficulties with our services, we encourage you to contact SigmaNodes support. We promote the peaceful resolution of conflicts to maintain a professional relationship with our customers.
14. Service Interruption
While this does not happen frequently, our nodes may experience occasional outages, which can result in temporary service interruption. We do not offer refunds for these interruptions. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this risk, and in the event that it occurs, we will do our best to reactivate your service as soon as possible.
15. Data Loss
Although it is highly unlikely to happen, the possibility still exists. In case of an emergency, we are not responsible for any data loss that may occur. We strongly recommend that customers maintain regular backups of their data.
16. Use of Our Services
We are not responsible for the use that you, as a customer, may make of our services.
17. Technical Support
We are not responsible for problems that may arise due to incorrect plugin configuration, difficulties with a map, domain issues, console errors, or any other issues beyond the scope of the services we provide. While we will be happy to address your queries through a ticket on our Discord server, we are not in a position to resolve any issues that we have not caused ourselves.
18. Paying Customer Data
We can request customer details regarding payments at any time if necessary.
19. Elimination Of Services
Purposely causing any problem with the host or failing to comply with any term of the TOS may result in the removal of your services.
20. Exploitation Of Legal Loopholes
Exploiting legal loopholes in the Terms of Service or engaging in any other form of misuse may result in sanctions or penalties. We reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to such activities.
21. Server Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content hosted on your Minecraft server. This includes ensuring that the content complies with applicable laws and regulations and doesn't violate third-party rights.
22. Resource Usage Limit
Our hosting service operates within certain resource usage limits. Continuous usage beyond these limits may result in service suspension or termination.
23. Illegal Activity
Hosting or participating in illegal activities using our service is strictly prohibited. This includes activities such as DDoS attacks, distribution of malicious software, and any other activities that may be deemed illegal.
24. DMCA Compliance
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid takedown requests for copyrighted material hosted on your server.
25. Backup Responsibility
While we provide automated backups, it is your responsibility to ensure that your Minecraft server data is backed up regularly. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur.
26. Domain Ownership
Any domain registered through our service remains our property until the service is terminated. You are responsible for renewing your domain registration as needed.
27. Prohibited Plugins
Certain Minecraft server plugins may be prohibited due to their resource-intensive nature or their potential to disrupt server performance.
28. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to make changes to our services, including features, pricing, and availability. We will notify you of any significant changes.
29. Intellectual Property Rights
You agree that we retain all intellectual property rights to our services and software. You may not reverse-engineer or modify our software without our consent.
30. Prohibition of Resale
Reselling or transferring our services to third parties without our explicit consent is strictly prohibited. Only authorized users who have purchased our services directly through our official channels can use them.
